Personally for me, I'm still too scared to stay put even for a conversation. In my career, I'm able to have more conversations now (albeit still rare). In terms of people who are male or situations in which I may feel a romantic inclination, whether it's from them or from myself, I still get too scared, even for 1 conversation. I hope that I will gain the courage and vulnerability to at least withstand a hello.
