Thanks for leaving a message Margaret! That’s a good suggestion to set up a camera. I think that’s the whole problem with adult bullies/rude neighbors — they suck up your attention and energy and becomes a thing that you have to deal with. I definitely feel an urge to give it back to them but in my experience, it just creates more problems and things begin to snowball. Working with my therapist, she’s giving me the space to vent and to be heard and to also acknowledge my fear of having to deal with them again. At the same time, I also feel that it’s important to stand up for myself and to continue expressing my needs without falling to their rude behavior. If anything, everyone leaving comments is indicative of what a big problem this is. Let’s all stand up to these rude people in healthy ways so that they stop.
